I applied for I751 in November 2017 (2 years ago) thE case is still pending. I filed the “out of processing time request” online and I reached out to my congressman and they say its still pending.

I applied for N400 earlier this year (March) and I had the interview today and they couldnt make a decision because the I751 is still pending.

anyone had a similar experience ? Anything I can do to speed up the process?? How can I file a complain?

No they didn’t actually ! My N400 interview was today but they couldn’t make a decision. tgey said I751 needs to be adjudicated first

Do you have an Attorney with you? If yes your Attorney should ask the officer for 2 interview at the same time. That’s what my Attorney told me. So let see what will happen on my case.. i am so worried tho. My case is a hard case because I divorced before remove condition. Get pending 3 years now since oct 2016

Hi. Im guessing that your case was approved since this post is so old. If so, how long did it take after your N400 interview to get the approval?
