Since Durham has worked through a grand jury, I believe he can issue indictments through them.  I would not hold your breath getting much news from your approved sources regarding his work.  I imagine if indictments hit, the majority of the Leftist media will run defense if they are tied to the previous Executive Branch.  Personally, I am not holding my breath, but it will be interesting to see.  If Giuliani did something against the law, then he should be indicted, I only hope those investigating him actually have an underlying crime to investigate rather than just more fishing.

Errrrr, this would be big news. I am pretty sure that the New York Times, WaPo, AP,  Fox News (yes even Fox News, on the "news" side) etc. will have deep coverage. It's important to divide factual reporting from opinion pieces, and while I'm sure there will be plenty of opinion pieces in the NYT and WaPo and the LA TImes and the Trib and wherever mainstream media publishes, there is also going to be fact-based reporting. No one knows right now what Durham's working on precisely, and all the pieces I just read looking for info more appear to be a lot of speculation. It's fine to speculate, but in the absence of facts, we just can't say that there are definitely investigations happening about anyone like we know about Giuliani and the SDNY. Sorry to keep harping on this point, but there is something we do know (Giuliani under investigation) and something we don't know (targets, if any, of investigation by Durham).
