Hello I'm latifa from morocco.

My fiancee  applied for a k1 Visa for me  on August the first yesterday he received a letter that they need more evidence please tell me is our case going to be only delayed or refused if they don't have enough evidence.

Are you at the I-129F petition stage and got an RFE, or are you at the K-1 visa stage and got a 221(g) after the interview? I'm going to presume the former based on your prior post.

Just note that if that's correct, nobody applied for a K-1 visa yet. Petitions and visas are separate items in the process.

 

If you got an RFE, then your case is on hold until they get a response. If they don't get a response by the date noted on the RFE, or the response is not satisfactory, they will deny the petition. If the response is timely sent and is satisfactory, barring any other issues, they will approve the petition.

K-1

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

Only delayed.   Once the petitioner provides the requested additional evidence to USCIS they will continue their adjudication of the petition.
