Hi I am currently living in the US, I have multiple questions regarding my processing and the way I am applying, I am a B-2 visitor for pleasure, married to a US citizen, we were living in Mexico because I was working there but after two year of marriage and a son and a lot of thinking and discussion we were doing something in california and we decided to stay and applying since crossing the border is getting harder, anyway we decided to apply to become a green card holder. I send all the paper work (I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131 and G-1145) with their needed evidence, I sent my package on October 29th to the Chicago Lockbox, I got a tracking on the package and it was delivered on October 31, I am just worried that it just got lost or misplaced, I know there I should be waiting at least 30 days since the day they received it.

my questions are the following:

My entry into the states was legal and was admitted, also I have a I-94 until a couple days before Christmas. as I mentioned before my permit will expired, do I need to worry about it? Can I overstay? should I submit all my forms again (all the originals documents are with me).

In USCIS website says that if I filled in a lockbox I should be getting a NOA after 10 days of filling into.

I was reading this morning that there is some backlog for the most part, not really sure. Also in the article says when the package with the forms has been arrived to the lockbox they will be send to the USCIS center where I am living in this case Phoenix area.

I hope I can get some help here, thank you for reading me.

@jmn1012    Hey there, Maybe this could be so much to ask but pretty muhc when I got your last reply the next friday I got my letter with an appointment for my biometrics, I think i can based my letters or notices on your appoinments, if you could let me know if you got something new that will help me a lot with times? also I forgot to ask you about your AOS are you starting with I130 already approved? or did you filled concurrently all of the forms ( I130, I485, I864, I765 and I131)?

Hi,

I have nothing new and am not expecting anything new, bar the case update on-line. My I-765 and I-131 will not arrive for a good number of months.

Not sure why I would have an i-130. Do you mean I-140? I did not file concurrently

Biometrics were very easy, took about 10 mins from entering the office to leaving!

All statuses have been updated on the USCIS website.
