Is there a fee for the DS-160 form?

My fiancé just finished filling out the DS-160 form. I thought we had a pay a fee with this application, but I can’t find anywhere about how much and where to pay it. We’re doing a K1 visa and our embassy is the one in Montreal Canada.

When you are able to set up your interview date, that's when they ask for the payment for the embassy fee.
