What has wrong info? The I-129F petition or the DS-160? Or both?

If it's the DS-160 then submit a new one. If it's the I-129F then fix the discrepancy at the interview.

Thank you so much for sorting this issue out for me,it was form 1-129f.Blese you

I don't believe this can be corrected at the embassy as it has to be approved by USCIS. I would fill out another I-129f or use you copy and make the corrections and submit it with this cover letter to correct the problem with USCIS.

This letter has worked for others to correct errors or for missing documentation or errors that you would like to update, correct or add.

Does your fiancé not know about the children? Is that why they were omitted?
