I just need some reassurance or some insights.

Case Status Change to "Interview was Scheduled": October 29, 2019

Local Filing Office: Salt Lake City, UT

I read on Visajourney that most people receive a letter with their appointment information 1-2 weeks after the status change. It's been 3+ weeks for me, and no letter yet. I know it can take up to 30-45 days, but it just seems rare on this forum.

I called USCIS customer service tonight. They said no appointment time has been set, and no letter has been mailed. Anyone else in a similar situation?

Well i had a similar situation with a RFE they sent the letter

but i never received it

so i spent a whole month waiting for that letter

then the uscis website update my case to the letter was return to them cause was impossible to deliver it ( A post office mistake)

so i request a new one and have to wait 60 days to get a new one

you should call and they should send you and email with that info

cause your interview date must be close and you can miss if you dont know the date

UPDATE:

Thanks johnnyl129f, who seemed to know to congratulate me beforehand.

I submitted an e-request https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do using "Did not receive by mail". I received an update saying that "Notice was returned to USCIS because post office could not deliver it". Tier 1 advised me to call Tier 2 to receive a fax or email, similar to what others have posted.

However, strangely enough, the SLC Field Office called me and asked whether we had received the interview notice. This was Wednesday, November 27. When I replied no, the person who called said she would email us a copy. Our interview date would be 6 days later, Tuesday, December 3.

Conclusion:

We interviewed yesterday and were approved.

What I might've done differently:

I probably would've called Tier 2 sooner. Turns out that they didn't change the address to what I wrote in the "Change of Address" form. Also, Tier 1 kept telling me that the letter had not been sent when it had. I don't know if you can directly call the field office, but since they reached out to me (probably because of a Tier 1 notifying them), that might've been a possibility to explore.
