Just received P3 from Guyana embassy. My fiancé has a child who is not traveling with him, but is listed as a “traveling applicant” on the letter. I included the child’s information on the I-129f as requested but have never indicated that they would be traveling. Is this normal? Or is this something that needs to be fixed with the embassy?

You did the right thing by listing the child on the petition.  I believe the "traveling applicant" refers to the fact that many people bring over the children later as K-1 follow-to-join.  So essentially the child already has an approved petition should you wish to apply for a visa for him as well.

Thank you! I appreciate your help!
