Hey guys i have a question since i am a little confused my husband’s aunt just received an email from nvc for her to send her birth certificate again or a copy something like that, but i don’t understand is that her case was completed last month, sent her an email all documents has been accepted and then today she received that? Why after everything is been accepted they sent her that email?

Sometimes documents get lost.  Best bet is to just follow the instructions in the email.
