Tax transcripts are enough in that regard, they show everything needed (making 1040s etc unnecessary).

Different topic but is sending a few Anniversary cards from parents really going to help?

Thanks

Probably not, but rather send too much than too little, right? Send anything and everything you can think of, let USCIS decide what they're interested in or not interested in.

That is true but since we are not using parents as affidavits it doesn't seem necessary.

On a different note, I have taken photo copies of our credits cards showing same account number, however only my name(us citizen spouse) is on statements. However, we do have joint checking and savings account statements for 2 years. I am unsure if I need to explain why not sending credit card statements even though we have almost a 1 inch thick stack of checking/savings account statements. Would you think to explain that in the covet letter or just send in the credits cards showing same account numbers with each our individual names on them. Thanks

In our case, we sent copies of the credit cards showing same account number and indicating the spouse is an authorized user on the credit card - we did not send credit card statements.  We did send joint checking and savings account statements over 2 years, but not every single statement - we sent statements for every 2-3 months, including the most recent.

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents
