I-130 form question- part 5 other info

Hello I am filing petition for my parents. A question on form I-130 part 5 asks-

Have you ever previously filed any petition for this beneficiary or any other alien -

I have recently filed petition for my fiancee. (i-129f) so I understand the answer is yes and I put the fiancee's name and info there?

Also not sure where should I mention that it is a i-129f petition....

Any suggestions? Thanks

You can always list the additional information in the very last section of the form.   I believe it is called Additional Information.

 

You would also list the other parent as being filed for.
