I'm sorry, I read the words "In some ways with these western white women threatening not to have kids, I fail to see how its an actual threat" as meaning that it's no loss to society if white women from the West do not reproduce. Why would that be written if not to denigrate the suitability of Western white women as mothers? 

 

I am open, as always, to hearing alternative interpretations.

It's not denigrating their suitability, it's respecting their right not to have kids ("I'm totally on their side with this"), and encouraging it if their behavior stays this irrational or gets worse. Considering hearing a crying baby in a bathroom to be tantamount to child abuse is irrational. Threatening not to have kids until people politically give you your way is extremely irrational. If these things are rational, I'm open to debate as to why they are. Or attempt to demonstrate rationality with the reflexive outrage retort.

I have dated/Married/Flung whatever with almost every breed of woman known. Bottom line is people are pretty much people. Most sane people want the same things. acknowledgment, appreciation,support, they want their children to have a better life, family bonds, basic life needs. You also have jealousy, pride, selfishness,envy etc. In other words basic human chartstics. 

 

I have seen the "American women are ruined and I am going to go find this magic foreign person. That usually bites them in the butt. I was not under that illusion when I married a foreigner. also anyone that thinks they are going to marry the mythical asian submissive women is in for quite a shock. 

 

In retrospect it's easier in many ways to marry someone from your own culture.
