Looks like they are trying to finish ya'll up (December 2019 Filers), hopefully that's the case so once the interviews start rolling in hopefully they will knock you all out if not with interviews at least with appointments!

You keep posting items not relating to yourself and seems that your posts are targeted at getting more “likes” then being helpful.

please post answers to questions or your December timeline items. I wish the best for you and my December timeliners.  Hopefully my posts are helpful to people reading and gives them a guide of what is going on within the December filer.

god bless December filers!

From “ fingerprints”, I received the following notices ( online )

* new card is being produced

* case was approved

* card was mailed to me

——- now I’m waiting for “ card was picked up by USPS”  😊🙏🤞And “ card was delivered to me by USPS“

it’s so good to see a lot of EAD and AP approvals 😊

Hi,

so, (1) for the AP and the work permit, after you saw "case approved" , you got the notification of it being mailed?   (2) Do you remember how long it took that stage?   (3) did you get your next notification 🤞🏼?     I never got the new card is being produced, I guess that's the aos, right?  Thanks

looks like both our cards are being delivered today (love Informed Delivery from USPS)....which is SUPER FAST since we got the approved on 5/29, nothing said mailed but will be delivered today...just a few days :) Unless of course its just the notice.  Ill post back around 1pm when our mail is actually delivered.

Are you sure it's the cards? I live in MA too, and I got the informed delivery notice from USPS that the notice of action letter is coming in today (after approval on 5/28), but I thought there's a 96 hour delay in even producing the cards after approval.

That's the notice for AP and EAD if it's the normal envelope.

The card will come in a special USPS envelope.

1. Yes

2. it took about 9 days in total, from Card is being produced until I received it from USPS via priority mail 😊

3. yes, always the text notifications first, then email with the same message

4. no word for my AOS I-485 yet.. still stuck in “ Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview “, been that way since February

I wonder if the USCIS continues to approve green cards without interviews when they open their doors for public again...

i dont think they have for quite a while at this point. Im tracking around 100 i-485s since late March and theyre all stuck on "ready to be scheduled for an interview" so theres been no movement outside 1 or 2 approvals such as Sarge - but even that was over a month ago now i think. Since then reports of interview waivers for marriage based i-485s have been extremely limited, Ive seen maybe 3 or 4 reports across many different immigration websites.

I dont know why they suddenly would waive people once they reopen, it would seem more likely they would have waived people while they were closed.
