We sent ours Dec 4th and been delivered on the 7th. Received texts 16th midnight but no mails yet. Should I be worried or does it really take this long to get the mail?

Some take a month to get their paper NOA1. I wouldn't worry yet.

Husband got his biometrics appointment letter in the mail today!! Only 14 days after we mailed the package. His appointment is on December 30th. So happy things are going lots faster than I thought in the beginning. I know itll be many months or a year after this though. It isn't as bad as the k1 wait though because we're together waiting. 😎

Congrats! My husband just got his Biometrics appointment in the mail yesterday as well; took 2 weeks from mailing packet out, and his appointment is on 12/30!

Welcome to the forum.

That is great news, just before Christmas !!

While you are now starting the long wait until the next step, :time: It helps everyone that uses, or is helped by the VJ forums. The information is used to help make the VJ stats more relevant.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

my case was received on December 13 and I still have nothing, I call and my case is not in the system.  should i worry?

From what I've been seeing - it is taking at least 10-12 days for them to cash checks/ or credit card and send notifications. I got text notification and saw the status of the checks on my bank account exactly after 10 days.

So maybe hold on for a couple of days

We mailed our AOS package on 12/4. It was delivered on 12/6.
Our credit card still hasn’t been charged. We’re starting to get pretty nervous.

Welp, I got my packet sent back with a lovely rejection notice because I used (I don’t even know how) the wrong version of the I-845 (2017)

I feel pretty stupid, but I reprinted the package in the right format and resent it again today. Let’s hope it gets there soon!

It will probably take another couple of days before you get charged, no worries!
