Today I received a paper letter from USCIS saying that they will reuse my old fingerprints for I-131 which was updated for fingerprint status 6 days ago.  Makes no sense since the biometric appointment was already completed and it was never an issue.  


Must be a generic update.

we got that a few weeks ago too

I understand 100%. Especially when I see EADs with case numbers issued way after ours getting approved? What’s the explanation for that? Frustration all around. Still, it makes me happy to see those before me get approved finally. Hoping something comes through for you soon!

They received our RFIE on 27 march, with the status “Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received”, 18 days and still counting :( no updates yet.

They got my response to the RFE on March 13th.. still no changes on mine.   I understand you.

we have to wait and see what and if the Executive Order entails.  It could be new cases, it could be halt on existing visas, aos etc, we just dont know yet.  But yes, it is stressing me out
