NEED HELP/advice

Hi everyone! I wanted to know from couples that needed to live in different places BEFORE AOS interview.

I had my interview cancelled due to covid-19. I already have my EAD and got a new job, BUT in another state.

Can the beneficiary (myself) move to the new place while the petitioner stay in the old place? (Petitioner needs to stay in order to maintain job, hence beneficiary's sponsorship). Will this hurt my chances in getting GC approval?

I have no clue when the interview will be rescheduled for, and CANNOT let this job opportunity slip away.

Thank you!!!

So far (in my limited reading/research) I have only found instances where they decided to waive some employment related interviews.

Have you seen and/or read about any marriage based interviews that were waived after being canceled?

Omg.. really?! That would be such a great thing after all the crazy things happening right now. We changed all of our plans because the interview was scheduled for the 20th of April and now that's canceled we'll have to fly to Florida just for a 20min. interview. So, i really hope you're right!

We got a text tonight at 10 pm stating that our case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. 🙌🏻

We filed our I-130 in March 2019. It was originally in Nebraska, but was transferred to Vermont in February 2020. It’s still pending.
Will I have to request it to be transferred to the local office or do they do that on their own?
