Ready to be scheduled too... And my EAD estimate has moved with a whole month now too. 😭 I'm just thankful this didn't happen while we were apart from each other. Cause it would've been 1000 times harder.

this is true, i feel for the people who are in late stages of their K1 application who have been apart so long already.

im sure this will happen, its a different branch anyway, but they dont need an interview to issue the EAD. The problem is even if you get an EAD the job pool just got a whole lot smaller.

Also true. I’ll worry about crossing that bridge when I get the opportunity to cross it with an EAD. One hurdle at a time, I suppose.

We were changed back to Ready to be scheduled, too.

Update!! So Excited right now. Just got an update that New Card Is Being Produced. So excited and relived a bit now. I was giving them 45 days and today was Day 44. I can relax a little bit now and just continue waiting. 🙏🥳

01/13/2020 - Received text message receipts (for the 2 forms)
01/17/2020 - Received NOA for biometrics appointment (notice date: 01/10/2020)
01/28/2020 - Biometrics Completed

01/31/2020 - I-131 Rejected due to selecting the incorrect reason for applying. (Refiled)
02/06/2020 - Refiled I-131, delivered & signed for by CHYBA

02/11/2020 - EAD Expedite Requested (Financial Hardship, Health Issues)

02/13/2020 - Evidence requested and faxed

02/18/2020 - EAD Expedite Approved 😩

02/18/2020 - RFE needed (waiting on mail) 😩

02/21/2020 - RFE (Sponsor Needed)..... in process
