Does anyone know if AOS/EAD process faster for those who were K-1 filers? It seems to be that way from checking timelines.

Not really. It totally depends on your local field office. Some are faster than others

Ead’s are processed at the NBC I think . It doesn’t have much to do with the field office

Yes you're right with EADs. I was just thinking about the AOS.

If you want beach then it'll be st pete or Clearwater. Tampa is about an hour away from beach. Sarasota is a really nice city just to the south.

I read it's important to bring pictures with your husband's/wife's family.

That's going to be a issue for us, with my family being in the UK and hers living up in the NE and without the money to fly down, we don't have family pics post wedding except with her sister who visited on vacation last month.

I guess we can bring pics with family from prior to wedding but not sure if they care about those.

We're good for joint finances, have bank account, insurance, health insurance, lease etc etc

Sorry I've been away for a week but lots of updates on our case which might help you estimate your timeline for Boston. Long story short both my EAD card and interview notice arrived on Friday (03/13)! The interview is scheduled for April 13th, which means it took around 17 days between being "Ready to Schedule" to me receiving the physical letter. Hope this helps you and fellow filers, feel free to shoot any questions you might have. On to interview prep and job hunt now!!
