My I-131 updated today with "Fingerprints were taken". Work permit still shows "Case was received" - it's been 80 days now.

Just got interview letter. Scheduled for April 16th.... Compared to the (seemingly endless) waiting during the first part of the process (we had an RFE & a 221g)  this part (the AOS) has gone surprisingly quickly for us (fingers crossed).

awesome blossom.   Just curious the time from your status changed to "ready to schedule" to the receipt of the date of your interview (guessing today?)

Updated to show fingerprints were taken - Feb 1

Ready to schedule interview - Feb 20th

Interview scheduled - Feb 28th
Notice (with date of interview) arrived in mail on Mar 5th

I-485 Status updated to "Interview was scheduled" today !

Everything seems to be going so much faster than expected!

Status updated to interview ready to be scheduled today (well they say as of March 5th but I got the notification at 3 am)! And idea how long it takes for the Boston office to schedule it? Still no word on EAD card though.

Woke up this morning to the beautiful sight of “New Card is Being Produced” on my EAD! So much sooner than I was expecting 🥳 Wish everyone else here the best of luck on speedy approvals

Hey everyone! Glad to see everyone is getting exciting news. I just need a little guidance so I can be excited too lol.

 

I am ready to submit my RFE but I am confused about something. I am using my mom in law as my co-sponsor but she and her husband filed jointly. Now either of them can sponsor me because they make more than enough individually. My thing is, if I just want to use the mom alone, how would I fill out the income part on the form I-864 because on the tax return it shows their combined total income?

im boston too!  i got my notification Wed night

 

Its looking like a month or so later.  My timeline is saying April....fingers crossed

did you get your interview scheduled yet?  We have the ready to be scheduled but no work or travel yet...siiigh

No movement on the green card front just yet, but I’ll be sure to update ya when I get assigned an appointment date! Late March/early April is seaming likely for Boston

Great news ! In my I-131 I have fingerprints were taken and my work permit case received! Hopefully we hear smth soon

If they are filing taxes jointly, one files the I-864 and the other the I-864A.
