no expedite, im as surprised it was this fast too as i mailed my package Dec 23rd, so quite late in the month.

So on Thursday we received my EAD And AP Card. We truly celebrated on Saturday ❤️❤️

today in the middle of texting Jeremy ... I get another update. My interview has been scheduled !! Wowser!!❤️ EEEEEK

USCIS Received: 21-12-2019

 

I-130&A,131,864,765,485 and G-1145

 

Paid with Postal Money Order and looking forward for an successful journey. 🙃
 

Updates:

My wife is a travel nurse so we travel to a new state every 3months.

Due to this we missed the Biometric appointment letter date which was for 27th Jan in GA, while we were in CO and but are now in NM.

 

Got the letter in the mail on 27th Feb contacted USCIS and they were very understanding and said we could (do a Walk In) go to the local NM ASC but they were not sure we’d get through and they scheduled a new appointment in GA for May just to be safe.

 

I went in to the NM ASC yesterday ( 3rd March) and no one was there, the staff were lovely and effective. I got my Biometric done in less than 10minutes. (Will call USCIS later to cancel the May appointment).

 

Status was updated earlier at 5:15am to “Fingerprints Were Taken”.

Even though I’m a month late, I’m happy it was updated in less than 16hrs.

 

I look forward to my EAD card and everything else being approved.

 

I wish everyone on the journey the absolute best and fast updates & appointments 🙂

got 2 messages today, i-131 and i-765 approved. A little strange that they announce that they are producing the card before they announce that they approve it lol but anyway
