We were not big fans of davenport or orlando area... too turisty.. all turist traps, no real restaurants. ..... I LOVE the west FL coast.

traffic is a nightmare too anytime ive been around the Orlando area, great if you like the themeparks but not sure how long the excitement for those would last when living there, but then good if you work in that industry. Also love being on the west coast down here, still has a semi - laid back feel (for US standards anyway!)

That's what they did and tier 2 officer said just to send back the form itself... I'm sure you will get the 797 in the mail in the next couple days, once they actually get to your case the 797 comes pretty quickly.

About pd I'm not sure because I'm still waiting now for the receipt. In the packet they sent back it said I may be eligible for the original date but didn't say how to find out (shocking) so we'll see 🤷‍♀️

Hey erin did you they got already, the second package and you recieved the letters?

Just some random information...i was talking at work with our lead immigration attorney and he used to work for the US Government and did many many AOS interviews.

He was saying some quick tips:

1. make sure you have pics with the parents, even if the pics are from K1 timeperiod...it establishes the bona fide

2. make sure you quiz on the mundane things (side of the bed you sleep on, color toothbrush, do they use floss) things that only living with someone would show you

we are going to get coffee in the coming weeks to get a list of questions he used to ask and i will share....but thats what i have right now. :)

You are amazing! Thank you

Ahhhh that's amazing, btw, what app are you using that notifies you that your case is ready to be scheduled?

Thanks,

Hello everybody- I filed AOS in December.  Biometrics on 1/8. Today I received an RFIE 🤦‍♂️It was for my birth certificate that I know I provided in my I-485.  I already sent a copy of the BC with translation back to USCIS.   I would like to travel out if the country this summer so here’s hoping that my file is on hold and not put to the bottom of the pile!
