Sure. This the email address for lockbox support. lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov

You need to include the form number, petitioner and/or applicant name, and mailing address in the email.

Thank You 👍🏼

Hello new to this thread. I have been waiting for 28 days now. Fed Ex delivered my package December 12, 2019. No update until now. Tried calling but they told me to call again on Monday and ask for a tier 2 officer. I am really worried. Do I start filing again? What do you guys think.

I checked my money orders and it has not been cleared yet. 😭. I am losing hope.

Be patient. Probably next week. My package delivered on 12/10/19. Finally, yesterday. My check has been cashed.

Our package sat on their desk for 32 days until they ran our credit card. You should be getting yours done this coming week.

Just received the fingerprint notice for Jan 21st.

We mailed everything on 12/18 Overnight mail. They received it on 12/19 but processed it on 12/26.  Today on 1/11, we received the fingerprint notice 🙂

Question for December filers- our packet went out at end of year.
They cashed our check and we have three letters- We received NOAs now in the mail today.
Do you get a separate mail for biometrics date ?
Our these the notices he should carry now and considered “authorized stay”?
Im a bit confused on this process for the combo card.
I know it’s a wait but don’t really understand how it works and all the NOAs really say is our paperwork was received.
Thanks

Yes, with the NOA you are now "covered" in that even when the i94 expires you have a pending status case therefore you are allowed to stay while this is processed.

You get a separate letter for biometrics which comes a week or so after NOA usually.

It helps to carry the NOA for AOS if you were ever challenged by law enforcement.

Great.  That makes sense now. Thank you and that’s a relief. Appreciate the response.

Day 31 and still nothing. USCIS has no answers and claims there is no way to reach lockbox. No one is taking responsibility for possibly losing personal and sensitive information.

Emailed lockbox on Dec 20 and did not receive a response.

Meanwhile, people on the January threads are receiving NOA1.

Anyone else still waiting for this long? I know of @Liddy92 who had her packet delivered on the same day as mine.

A rep on the phone told me this time will not be lost and that my NOA will reflect delivery date... sounds like BS to me but if anyone knows anything about that, I'll be happy to hear.

hello, I just called and they already gave me my case numbers, call

Feliz por ti ... Acabo de llamar, sin actualización, esperando la devolución de llamada de nivel 2.

I imagine you're going to hear news soon, they gave me the priority date of December 13.
