I have submitted I-130/485 concurrent application for my wife and USCIS has received the package. Today we just found that on I-130 form "Part 4. Information About Beneficiary", the marriage date was left blank. But under my info session, the date was correctly put. and we also have attached our marriage certificate in the package. Is this a vital error? How can I correct it?

If it is an issue, you would most likely receive an RFE, so it can be corrected then.  Otherwise, since your wife is also adjusting, you can correct it at the interview.  Overall, I doubt it will be an issue as I assume you submitted a copy of the marriage certificate, so the package contains the date.

Good Luck!

I found an error on my I129F and sent the corrected page with a letter explaining it to USCIS. They accepted it and updated my petition

Thanks guys.

What address did you send the corrected page to? will this delay the 130 processing?

I sent it to the address on the NOA1. I believe it was less delay than waiting for an RFE

So we have to wait for receipt from USCIS to get NOA1? For your case, when did this happen? in this year? I am worried that my petition would be denied by this error. The 130 form says "If you do not completely fill out this petition or fail to submit required documents listed in the Instructions, USCIS may deny your petition".

Mine was a K1, I received the NOA1 about 2 weeks after I filed. I’m not sure with a CR1. Maybe you can call. I did and that’s what they told me to do
