URGENT. CONSULATE INTERVIEW EMAIL CONFIRMATION WAS ERRANEOUS

I am a petitioner for an IR1 and IR2 visa for my wife and son who live in Mexico.  We have completed every step successfully and were waiting for our interview date at the american consulate in Ciudad Juarez.  I received an email from usvisa-info.com prompting me to register for my interviews, and did. They gave me dates and ASC appointments and everything. I then called the NVC and they said they had no record of this and it was an error. I called twice and talked to 2 different people throughout the day. I called because i had not received an official "appointment confirmation letter", just the emails confirming from usvisa-info.com, that stated that i needed to print out "this page" and there was no attachment.

 

NVC says that I am supposed to be notified by them and not usvisa-info.com directly and it was an error. I received the confirmation email from usvisa-info.com on 11/10/19 and called today to ask about it 11/20/19 ( as i thought everything was set to go) and this is what i have come across. I am set to leave the US on the 25th to be with my family and have also purchased round trip tickets to Ciudad Juarez as well as paid for the hotel for our 7 day stay there. Now to be told that no of this is true, according to the NVC. 

 

I am waiting to hear from an NVC supervisor, have submitted an expedite, and have also contacted an immigration attorney, all of which going very slowly and i am only here for another 5 days.

 

Any advice? Help? It feels so horrible to have worked so hard to have them tell me that nothing is in order. PS we are going on 2 years now in this process, which seems like the right amount of time to have received our interview date. We are extremely distraught.
