Captain,

I am logged into VJ, but when I go to my Thailand portal page, it says I am not registered and need to register. Why does this happen when I am already logged in? I have tried logging out and back in, but no help.

Thanks for answering my post. I found out what was wrong. (even though I don't understand). When this happened I was using a PC at work. When I logged in I unchecked the "remember me" check box. When I did go back and check the box, I was able to get into my portal. Thanks again.

By the way, did you happen to read this thread I wrote concering signatures?
