N-400 confusing question

we both married to each other and its our first and only marriage.question is that "have you been previously married(includes marriage to same person and others)?should I answer yes or no.its confusing question for me and next similar question but regarding my spouse

When my wife did her’s she did not count our marriage when answering that question since it asks for previous marriages, not the current marriage.

Just break it up It is easier to understand.

 

1. Have you been previously married? Looks like you were not. so NO

2. Includes marriage to same person. This means that you can divorce and re marry the same person. Presumably you didn't so the answer is NO.

3. Did you marry anybody else beside your current wife? If no than your answer is NO.

 

Looks like all the answers are NO so you answer NO to the question
