I was wondering if anyone knows if this can be done ahead of time. I live in Vancouver BC, and I have my worksheet already from my Medical exam in Canada.

Since my interview at the consolate isn't until April, and I am driving across the border ever week or so doing wedding stuff, can I get my supplement sheet filled out in Washington while I am visiting down there before I have even crossed on my fiance visa?

I haven't found anything that says I need to have it dated after my POE, but I thought that I should throw this out there before I do it just in case.

I want to get as much paperwork ready for my AOS, so that after the wedding, we can just throw the marriage certificate into the envelope, and send it away.

Well, congratulations on your journey. Yes, you should be able to get your medical exmaination done ahead of time. For those of us who didn't take the K* visa route, we did our exams in any number of visa categories or states.

Just make sure that your surgeon in WA is on the list of civil surgeons from USCIS and you should be good. You'll also want to be certain that you're filing your AOS pretty soon after the wedding because these medical bits do have expiry dates. However, in your case, everything should go fine.

I just recently had to get the Vaccination Supplement filled out for my daughter here in Washington and all I did was fax in the "worksheet" to one of the approved civil surgeons offices, and they filled in the supplement and we picked it up. You will have to pick it up at their office because there is a $35.00 fee which you have to pay in cash.

I can give you the name and phone number of the doctor in Seattle if you are interested. Otherwise, look for other civil surgeons in Washington state which would be convenient for you, call them to find out what they charge to fill out the supplement, and ask them how you should go about it.
