Do you think its a better if i travel back to the US on my tourist visa and complete the nvc stage there i have 2 sons (American citizens) make the waiting to complet this part seems like forever they  are eager to go back home to their dad We just payed the fees and wait to submit the documents

Your post is kind of vague, but if you’re suggesting to enter the US on a B visa and adjust status, that is immigration fraud.

You can go and visit but you can’t stay. You would need to have your visa approved before you “move” to the US

Am sorry how its a fraud if there is something called adjustment of status that you can fille for and pay the fees .i wasn't gonna lie when they gonna ask me about the reason of my visit but is it a valid reason or no thats the problem !

It is illegal and fraudulent to plan to enter on a tourist visa and adjust status.  If that was legal, wouldn’t everyone do that?

 

So no, it is not allowed.

So if your plan is to come to the US and Adjust, and you are not going to lie to CBP, I would not expect you to be let in the country as attempting to enter the US with the express purpose of immigrating without a proper visa is a valid reason for CBP to deny entry.  Now if you want to visit for the duration of an authorized stay on a visitor visa and then go home to complete your spousal visa application, that would be fine, and many people do it.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
