Cr1 visa. I applied in Nigeria. I went to 2states in Nigeria asking for the white birth certificate. They told me is not possible to get that since I’m 1991. That anyone who gives me would be in trouble, so I decided to chill and hear from them.

I told you we had the same issue. But a guy I know for it for me and the embassy accepted it. The guy went to the NPC and got the white birth certificate for us. My fiancé was born in 1990.

I've been called for an interview twice one in October and one 2 of this month jan 2020 case status never changed from ready do you think I will be called again any time soon? Need help this breaking me it's so hard on me been away from my wife for two years its killing me i need her .

Why the second interview? What happened in the first one? Just hold on! We’re all in the same boat! Try and hold on

I was asked to add an additional sponsor and insurance for my wife and I on the first interview.. Second I was asked to bring more prove on relationship which I did they've still not said anything yet

You are married right? For how long?  Do you have a child with her yet? What documents did u submit to show your relationship is genuine!!!. Which country are u applying from?  
 

in my case I’m married 2 years+. Went on interview in Nov with my son... my son was issued VISA but they told me to change my birth certificate. Stuck in AP TILL now

We've been married 2+ years no children my wife already has three adult children I have non. I submitted text between me my step children ,mother in law and my wife but they didn't look at it but took my wedding pictures instead which I had already presented ..

Is a very difficult situation my case was updated 20mins ago still on AP... we just have to wait!!!
