CSC recieved my RFE on May 30. I called the other day and they give themselves 60 days to process the RFE!!! How can it take 60 days to go from a mailroom to some guys desk? I am half tempted to go to Laguna Niguel and give them the paperwork in person and wait for them to give it to the reviewer. Has anyone ever actually gone to a Service Center? I am in the military so I am used to bureaucracy but this is friggin crazy.

I know, I am venting but I had to get that off my chest. Will the approx 3X increase in fees bring 3X better service

I filed back on January 5th (K3) and received an rfe on April 18. I sent it back on the 19th and they haven't "touched" my case since April 24th. and everytime i call, they say i can't call back until June 19th. I'm pulling my Hair out. I feel your pain.

Hum so let me see if got this right, we all sit around waiting, stressing and worrying about things like proving meeting in 2 yrs, criminal back grounds and tripling our fees when the government is trying to pass a visa bill for a new Z-something visa ( Z- I guess is to make us think its at the end of the rest of the visa’s lol) While this bill says all they have to do is have two friends they were already in the US illegally in January and they will wave all people that were engaged in criminal activity and I guess we all are paying this once again from tripling fees and taxes. Man I just don’t get it. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Cheers to doing things the right way.

Sorry had to vent.

yes that is what they told me just this week too. But in the end my reply was in the system 2 days later (16 days after we sent it). I have seen others who had to wait "only" 12 days. So there is a chance that you don't have to wait 60 days until they start working on your case again.
