Provided parent’s DOB that doesn’t match official documents

When me and my (now)wife filled out I-129F and I-485, we used the parent’s date of birth as based on the Chinese lunar calendar for that year, to the best of our own knowledge (we didn’t verify with them on their official documents at the time). However, as some may know, the lunar calendar doesn’t align with the same date on the Gregorian calendar that we’re all familiar with, and therefore, the lunar calendar date changes each year.

The DOB on their passport and other official documents uses the Gregorian calendar date.

We didn’t realize there was a difference until now, when we were planning a trip for them and needed their actual passport/travel document information to do so. They have a B1/B2 visa in their possession with DOB printed as the Gregorian calendar date, so at least the dates on the passport and visa match (they provided the Gregorian calendar date of birth on their DS-160 when applying for that visa, which matches their passport).

My problem is that we’ve now completed I-129F (along with the DS-160 for the K-1), as well as I-485 and the adjustment of status for my wife with the lunar calendar date of birth for her parent, and both have been approved without discussing this point (since we weren’t aware of it until now). I don’t foresee another opportunity to bring this up before she applies for citizenship, which may or may not actually happen, so at this point, we’re stuck in limbo as to what to do next. I haven’t seen any posts related to something like this. What should we do?

Correct it at her green card interview.  Use the correct dates going forward.

She already completed her green card interview and was approved, and already has a card issued to her.

This is not a problem.

Use the correct dates going forward.

Ok, so I don’t need to do anything proactively (unsolicited) to correct this in USCIS records? I should simply ignore the past mistake and use the correct DOB on any future applications/petitions or if asked at future interviews? I’m mainly worried that the longer it’s incorrect in USCIS systems would cause jeopardization of either her current status at an inopportune time, or any attempt to naturalize in the future (or anything else in between)... or worse, be characterized as “material misrepresentation”.
