Just the one! And I have all 3 pages! Signature and seal is all there :) I have tried to search up RFEs to avoid any mistakes and I saw that was a big one!

I am also going through everything ONE LAST TIME before I mail to make sure everything is signed!

Three pages OMG 😂, are you going  to send a check, money order or cc? One more thing  it's  alot of work, but make a complete copy of your entire packet and Eveything inside! And check the boxes especially the one that ask have you ever been arrested it's easy to miss.

Thank you! I viewed these last night and prepared my packet according to it! I went ahead and put my name at the top of every extra paper after my form. Is that a good idea?

Actually, there is a specific requirement about additional sheets:

Quote

Part 8. Additional Information

Item Numbers 1.a. - 7.d. If you need extra space to provide any additional information within this petition, use the space provided in Part 8. Additional Information. If you need more space than what is provided in Part 8., you may make copies of Part 8. to complete and file with your petition, or attach a separate sheet of paper. Type or print your name and A-Number (if any) at the top of each sheet; indicate the Page Number, Part Number, and Item Number to which your answer refers; and sign and date each sheet.

REF: https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f , Instructions, page 9

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

LOL! It was a short marriage and amicable divorce with no assets or children, which I'm thankful for! Now I get to be with the love of my life!

I am paying by personal check so I can track when it is cashed.

And I have made a copy already! I don't have copies of the pictures but I read that this copy is just for my fiance to review before his interview so I thought that might be ok.

Checking my form for the 10th time right before I send! I think I've got it all filled in where it needs to be!

I was only referring to the additional pages not included in the form itself. I only have the one additional page since I had an extra address and employer. I printed my name on the top of the following items:

My thinking was that if it was misplaced, it would have my name on it so they could know where it goes.

  • 3 instances of having met in the last 2 years
    • Instance #1 First time meeting in person
      • flight receipt/itinerary
      • electronic boarding passes for flights into US (do not have the physical ones, just the ones he had in his email)
      • bio page and stamp page of his passport
      • booking receipt of 1st hotel
      • booking receipt of 2nd hotel
      • booking receipt of 3rd hotel
      • greyhound bus receipt
      • color photos of us together
    • Instance #2 Trip to Las Vegas
      • flight receipt/itinerary
      • bio page and stamp page of his passport
      • flight receipt/itinerary for our shared trip to Vegas (me)
      • flight receipt/itinerary for our shared trip to Vegas (him)
      • color photos of us (including ones with friends and family)
    • Instance #3 My trip to Norway
      • Flight receipt/itinerary
      • bio page and stamp page of my passport
      • bank statement showing purchases made in Norway
      • color photos of us together

Note that I have now added ALL my passport pages (I am worried my birth certificate scan is blurry) and a page at the end explaining a little more about our current relationship along with Levi's i-94 records and my flight itinerary for my flight next month ❤️

Sounds like you are all set. I would use FEDEX and send to the Lewisville address.

Okay! Tomorrow is the day I'm sending off my I-129F and I need to put this out here for piece of mind! Below is everything that I have ready to send.

  • Cover letter
  • Payment (check for $535)
  • I-129F form
  • Passport style photo (me)
  • Passport style photo (him, fiance)
  • Birth certificate (me)
  • Divorce decree (me)
  • Letter of intent to marry (me)
  • Letter of intent to marry (him)
  • 3 instances of having met in the last 2 years
    • Instance #1 First time meeting in person
      • flight receipt/itinerary
      • electronic boarding passes for flights into US (do not have the physical ones, just the ones he had in his email)
      • bio page and stamp page of his passport
      • booking receipt of 1st hotel
      • booking receipt of 2nd hotel
      • booking receipt of 3rd hotel
      • greyhound bus receipt
      • color photos of us together
    • Instance #2 Trip to Las Vegas
      • flight receipt/itinerary
      • bio page and stamp page of his passport
      • flight receipt/itinerary for our shared trip to Vegas (me)
      • flight receipt/itinerary for our shared trip to Vegas (him)
      • color photos of us (including ones with friends and family)
    • Instance #3 My trip to Norway
      • Flight receipt/itinerary
      • bio page and stamp page of my passport
      • bank statement showing purchases made in Norway
      • color photos of us together

I just want to make sure that this is everything I need and I have sufficient evidence for us meeting in person. We are kicking ourselves for not keeping our boarding passes but honestly didn't even know the whole process we'd have to go through to be together in the US!

Perfect.  Good to go.
