Iv fee status changed paid week ago, aos still not

same issue here.

call nvc!

They said they would help (Friday afternoon).. it's not unlocked yet but they escalated it to the supervisor!

I-130

4/10/2019 Sent to Phoenix Lockbox

4/18/2019  NOA1

9/25/2019 NOA 2 for I-130  (166 days) - no 129 or expedite.

11/07/2019 Received  NVC Case Number via Email and submitted the payments (same day)

11/23/2019 Submitted everything

12/19/19 DQ

02/04/20 Interview

02/10/20 Greencard fee paid

02/15/20 POE

10/01/20 Card in production

02/15/20 Move to the US

06/2021 Finally received Greencard

 

I-751 (Lifting Conditions)

01/2022 I751 sent

02/2022 NOA1 / Using old Biometrics

####### how can a payment take 7 weeks that has been withdrawn on the 8th

I am also having the same problem right now.

Paid on Nov 7th

Withdrawn on Nov 8th

IV changed to paid on NOV 11th

AOS still IN PROCESS as of today 11/19/2019

 

I called them on Thursday 11/14/2019. NVC representative told me to send the the bank transaction using NVC inquiry form https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html?wcmmode=disabled.

I did send the public inquiry form on 11/14/2019 and still have not got any response from them. I guess it takes about 5 to 6 weeks to get response from NVC if we do public inquiry. Email (immigrant visa inquiries only): Public Inquiry Form

I am trying to call NVC everyday and it says try back at later time.  I dont know whats is the best way to proceed this case.

only talked to a representative. well 3 times I called to different ones.

every one said a different answer.

 

 

one said just wait

second said we will give it to a supervisor

third said its at the supervisor stage and takes 6 weeks to be reviewed by supervisor

I talked with NVC again today and the representative told me that he will communicate about the case with the supervisor. i asked him how long does it take to do so? he did not say anything. he just said they are working with department of state on fixing the bugs. He later mentioned Fees paid on NOV 7th are not cleared in CEAC.

 

Earlier call experience,

1) A lady told me to wait until Friday afternoon which is 11/22/2019. if its not cleared until Friday she said wait until the weekend and log in on Monday.

2) A guy earlier last week told me to use NVC inquiry form and submit the bank transcations using that inquiry form.

 

Basically, its different answer by different representative. I dont know when they will be able to fix it and we can proceed with our case.

I just logged into CEAC and found the STATUS OF ALL FEE PAYMENTS as PAID where as on first Home page of CEAC it still says Affidavit of Support Fee still IN PROCESS. @AlenaNick can you check yours? i believe it was in process yesterday when i checked the STATUS OF ALL FEE PAYMENTS in CEAC.
