What I learned was on the AOS,where it asks if you own real estate....THINK! If you have sufficient income via tax returns and financial assets maybe you should not mark that box that you own real estate. Because if you do....they will demand the deed,tax assessment and conveyance to show it is paid off. ALSO AN appraisal by a licensed appraiser which could cost hundreds. So I checked "NO" even though I own several paid off props.Give them a call or chatbox them.
