In looking at the USCIS site and the timelines posted by the CA service center, it seems that they are moving at a snail's pace. Our govt at its finest! Any feedback?

I have a Proof of Deliver of 4/23 on the petition but the service center recorded a May 1 date. What do you think I am looking at in terms of a total processing timeline? I am thinking November maybe longer. quien sabes?

No one can say for sure. Each case is processed individually. You could try a time line search for couples who have NOA1's similar to yours. That will give you a ballpark figure so to speak.

A few questions,

What visa are you petitioning for? (K1, K3, CR1)

You did not file for N/A at N/A

You profile lacks details that can help others answer your questions.

Timeline also helps understand your situation.

I was going to look at timelines and filter for CSC to get an idea, but I don't know what visa type.

Hi, i filed the K1. I never actually received the NOA by mail so it is difficult to start the timelines. I called the USCIS and they gave me a receipt number. I believe they recorded receiving the petition on May 1.
