Hi guys i send my kw packet to my fiance and now held in customs is there any problem that they will see my documents on processing k1 visa because i send my documents on 7 and they held on 13 so is there going to be an issue on that? Its a plastic metal folder with the transparent envelope with my papers thanks just worried.  Thank u

are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? the petitioner is the one who files and generally they are within the US when filing

 

regardless, it should go through customs without issue.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

 

ROC

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

10/16/21 Received at PO Box

10/19/21 Received Text NOA1

10/23/21 Received Mailed NOA1

Beneficiary here i send him The  package bec he had all his papers to be attched macao to us so just worried

gotcha. did you send originals or copies? you should have sent copies (or emailed him a copy to print, would have been the best/fastest way)

 

it should get there fine. if you sent copies, and they lose it or deny it (no reason for that to happen) just email them to him. if you sent originals, you will need to get new originals, then send him copies and keep the originals for yourself (you will need for your interview). make sure if you sent your fiance the originals, he knows to photocopy them and send those and will need to get the originals back to you (for your interview)

Not originals and i have soft copies too just that my letter to intent to marry and passport photo dated nov 14 and hope it will come this week or else need to send new one again and signed ☹️ Thank you sir for the help
