Hello everyone,

I submitted our paperwork (AOS and IV packet) Thursday. I just now realized I should have been using total income instead of adjusted gross income since I filed 1040 (2018) and 1040A (2017 and 2016). The adjusted gross income is less than total income, but still well above the 125% poverty guideline requirement.

Will this stupid mistake result in an RFE or checklist? Is there any way to delete the submitted I-864 and resubmit it with the correct numbers there to avoid the checklist or RFE if they should happen to issue one?

Thanks in advance

Well,

I discovered that I was still able to use the link that says to Add Document. I submitted the corrected I-864, and included a comment. I kept screenshots of the receipt of submission. I will let everyone know if this prevents an RFE or checklist.
