Obviously you were able to contact him on vacation to ask if he would cosponsor you after the other was turned down

he can order his tax transcripts online and ask the to be sent to his house

whoever is house sitting can give them to you at his request

all done by computer and credit card to pay for transcripts and  a couple of phone calls

There is either a zero missing, or an extra comma.

OP post immediately after this one was that he wanted to use his mother, who is on welfare, as his cosponsor- OP is clearly desperate and maybe making things up as he goes along?. Would be nice if he came back.

transcripts are free - he can download them and email. dont even have to wait for snail mail.

bigger issue would be him being on vacation for 3 months (what job is that - i want that job!). a letter from employer stating he is still employed and is returning on X date with the same salary would likely suffice for MOST consulates, but being pakistan, it may not. will be a judgement call on the officers discretion. Id wait until he returns, personally. Also, as others have mentioned, the way you typed the income does not make sense. Make sure on your paperwork it is written correctly.

I would say your only options are to either:

1) Get a new joint sponsor who can give you tax transcripts and 3 months worth of pay stubs.

2) Ask your uncle to get paystubs from his employer that show he was still getting paid for holiday time off (you said once that he is not getting paid, then referred to it as getting paid in another post, so I am unclear on if it is paid time off or not). Pay stubs aren't only for regular paid time, if you have paid holiday time that also reflects in the paystubs.

It is better to go into these things prepared instead of taking chances on a "gray" area, especially with a tough consulate like yours. Best of luck to you.
