Also, it was brought to my attention recently that many states don't actually require their electoral college delegates to vote based on the popular vote of their state. It would not surprise me at all to see some electoral college delegates go against the wishes of their blue state to pad Mr. Trump's victory.

Is that the word you actually wanted to use? Because "pad" makes it sound like he needs to bulk up something that otherwise might not be enough...

Don't mention that here. When I mentioned the dating site ads as proof that there are a lot of mail order bride husband-wannabes on this site, I was told it's all a figment of my imagination.

Oh good, not just me getting the "Farmers Only" ads! Last time I stayed in a Airbnb last month I got Ashley Madison ad, and here at Shutters on the Beach I'm getting Farmers Only!

Pad, meaning running up the score. If the election is fair, and not undermined by the Democratic party, you can expect Mr. Trump to comfortably win even if no electoral delegates decide to vote their conscience.
