The problem with a sandwich is all the carbs in the bread.

 

If you're going to have empty carbs, just have her pour you a beer. If I might recommend.. a good home brewed scotch ale.

 

Of course, she needs to be taught how to properly pour first, lest you wait hours for the large glass full of foam to subside to drink your shot of beer.

Bad beer pouring = more foam and less beer. The worst beer pouring = almost all foam and a shot of beer.
