Was wondering if anyone could go through my list of evidence and see if I am missing anything crucial. Also, about the order of evidence presented in the packet how does mine look. Thanks. Getting ready to send in packet this week.

 

Copies of the passport and permanent resident card of immigrant spouse

Copies of the passport of us citizen

 

2017 & 2018 IRS Tax Transcripts filing jointly

Monthly Checking and Savings account statements from April 2017-October 2019

Mortgage Pre-approval letter

Copy of credit card showing same account number

401k account showing immigrant spouse as beneficiary

 

1st Modification of lease with signatures

Welcome letter for immigrant spouse joining apartment lease

Lease renewals with signatures

Copies of drivers license showing same address of us citizen and immigrant spouse

 

Copy of health insurance card showing a joint policy

2018 Health care enrollment showing immigrant spouse as dependent

Curious why you are including passport information?  That all should be on record already with the USCIS from your I-485 submission.

 

Do you have any holiday cards penned to both of you?

Life insurance?

Are you going to add in the G-1145?
