Proof of flu jab for Knightsbridge medical exam

Is a receipt of the flu jab proof or do you need to specifically ask the pharmacist for written proof?

At minimal it needs to name the specific shot and have the date given on it.

Thank you! It does have the name of the shot and the date, also some identifiable information that links to my debit card. I just forgot to ask for written proof because I was so nervous about the needle and wanted to get it over with lol. I'm sure if they don't accept it as proof I could ask boots to fax over the form I filled out or I could ask for a copy myself and send it? I haven't booked my interview yet and am in no rush.
