Employment authorization card received without

hi all,

my fiancee received her employment authorization card today but the finger print is missing on the card. is this normal.

country of birth is written : unknown is this normal ?

date of validity is from 09/04/07 to 03/30/09, is this normal ?

No.

Yes, if the EAD is based on the K-3 visa, rather than an AOS application. I would assume the K-3 runs out March 30th, 2009?

Yes, if the EAD is based on the K-3 visa, rather than an AOS application. I would assume the K-3 runs out March 30th, 2009?

Hi!

Everything is normal. I also got the EAD card which doesnt have fingerprints and saying place of birth unknown. I started working and everthing is fine.

Regarding the time they give EAD for the period of K-3 visa.

Hopefully this helps.

it is not normal at all we went to social security office and they rejected it bcos the valid date on the card actually is not until september.

my question is she eligible to work, should mail the defective card back to uscis
