Vaccination question and Ds260 AOS "in process" paymemt

Hello, I have two questions.

1. I paid for both the Ds260 questions for spouse and the AOF fee, one right after another a week ago. In 3 days it allowed me to start the ds260 but the AOS still says "in process" and now it has been a week and it didn't change. They already took both fees from my bank in the 3 days though. Is this a glitch or does it take this long?

2. The question about "do you have all vaccinations according to US law and documentation. Spouse got vaccinations as a kid and growing up but doesn't have all the records and in her country when she was young, they didn't keep the records on file like they do USA, but they started to do it now since technology is good. She did take a recent yearly check up on stuff and have a record of no diseases but not about the vaccinations. I read online and half says answer "yes" since she has to do the medical and will have all vaccinations and records, the other half says "no" and explain records lost and will have all of them on or before medical exam.  Anyone have experience with this confusing question?

Thank you for your time and help.

I have the same issue . They made the affidavit of support section open to fill out but the DS 260 saying still in process.  And they took both of the fees from my account. It's been more than 8 days. Have you able to resolve the problem ?

Yes, wait for another work week to finish, if still not then there is a contact section on the site itself where you can email them directly by filling out your "case number info", I filled one out and sent a picture of my bank statement showing the money was taken out and then the explanation that one section is still frozen in processing.  Couple days later and it was fixed.

Now, I would wait another week before emailing them to see if it fixes itself since 8 days still kinda early for minor issues. Until then, gather all info and scan everything else to get ready to submit.

Hello. Regarding your 2nd question, can I ask how it worked out for you? I am facing the same with my son’s application. He does have vaccinations from when he was a child. But I am not sure if it is possible to obtain a record. Please advise. Thank you

p.s I realize this is the k-1 visa thread but I imagine it would be the same regarding  vaccination records

If you can't find or get the records, you can obtain a titer and bring it to the medical.   Don't get any additional shots as the preferred way is to wait until the medical.  I've attached the current vaccination list.
