As has already been mentioned you need to talk to James hacking. He has filed many of these petitions and my understanding most of the time he files it, he gets the consulate to adjudicate and move on your case. He has many YouTube videos on this topic, where he says usually the consulate will write back and ask for 30 or 60 days and they will adjudicate the petion within that timeframe.

and yes it’s something you can’t do on your own, he sues everyone that had touched your petiton including the department of state, Uscis and Nvc. That way one agency can’t blame it on the other.

also, pretty sure is most cases he doesn’t touch it unless it’s been 6 months or a year. Can’t remember exactly the timeframe he mentioned in his video.

I have hired the Hacking Law Firm to carry my immigration process though not for a writ of mandamus. I'd recommend that law firm to anyone who has questions related to an immigration case. That law practice really delivers and JIm Hacking and his team are very knowledgeable in regards to immigration matters.

i already provided the chats and another joint sponsor last september 2019

If you just submitted this information two months ago, I would recommend that you wait at least four more months before going down the WOM path.  You may get approved after they review the new joint sponsor documents.  You're in AP.  AP typically takes a long time.  Patience is your best bet here, not an expensive lawsuit that may not help you at all.  Good luck!

thank you for the info i already provided the chats and another joint sponsor last september 2019, also my wife lived with me from 2015 to june 2019 so we did not use too much chat  cause we were living together already sent proofs of living together , i attended 2 interviews first one was march 2019 second one was august thats when they asked for another sponsor and chats which was already sent last september, they called me they said they have all required documents but still no decision yet , my medical expired last sept 14 2019.....

If you just sent the chats in september of  2019 - less than 2 months ago-  you need patience

there are many still ahead of you wanting for the security checks

$70.000 is a goodly sum for a cosponsor but to Morocco embassy he is just an LPR and may choose to not stay in the USA

Embassy has to think of all this

The real thing here they look at is your wife's income and Morocco has low wages so she will have to be able to afford the health care insurance for you and she has only been back in the US since June so who will pay for health care?

your AP will be long but if you have patience  and pray ,  you may succeed

You have been married since 2015 but you did not apply until December of 2017 and from what i read on here,  many in your country go through several years for a visa

There is more than just annual salary that goes into the decision of approving a joint sponsor.

Your wife should get a job to be able to sponsor you.

his yearly income is around 250,000 to 300,000$ , if you read what i wrote a bit more carefully , I said his TAX RETURNS are 20-25K .. that's the money he is getting back from the govt which paid in tax .

I have friends in rural areas, and in the South, who actually bought cute homes on that salary. It wouldn't cover rent in Boston 😬

Didn't know people here just post a reply without even bother reading the actual posts ... Well , I mentioned it clearly 20-25k is his tax returns if you know what tax returns are , if not than help yourself to google : )

You mean TAX REFUND.

You clearly don't know the difference between a tax return and a tax refund.  Got Google?

When you say that his tax return were $20-$25k for the last three years, that amount implies his reported income for those years.  You did not say tax refund.

Term itself is self explanatory , If i used the word his Yearly income is 20-25K than it should give people the idea if his income is that low .. you get tax returns by the end of year when you file for it on IRS . As i said, people don't read carefully here

You don't "get tax returns by the end of year when you file for it on IRS."  You file a tax return.  You don't get a tax return.  You don't file a tax refund.  You get a tax refund.

correct.

a tax return is what you file and states how much money you made.

If you overpay in taxes, you get a tax REFUND - money sent back to you.
