Mom has a upcoming interview at the embassy in Calgary to complete her application for a TD visa. She was previously banned from re entering the US as she overstayed her visitors visa for a few weeks because of a hardship. My father took her to the airport to complete her waiver application and they told him she can apply for a TD visa with a waiver annotation and they should let her in. Does anybody with knowledge of this process know about any complications she may have in getting approved? She is really worried and just wants to be with her husband for until He completes his work.  Any advice would be appreciated.Thank you.
