Hi everyone. I am planning to apply for my citizenship (N400) based on  5 years rules.  I have my  green card already. My husband passed away since 2015. Can you please help me what are the documents i need to prepare .Do i need to sent  again all the document that i submitted when i applied for my removal of condition.thank you so much and have a good day

Yes, since it is a different application from your ROC, you will need to submit all the required documents eventhough you have submitted them before. You can file it online, just have your documents scanned so you can upload it there. Just go to uscis.gov and click file online and make an account if you haven't already. Everything that they need from you to upload are all there. Good luck! I just filed mine on the 20th and due for Biometrics on the 11th.

thank you for your reply. are you under 5 or 3 years rule? do you submit also your tax transcript.because i read also that you can bring your tax transcript on the day of the interview.

You're welcome. I was under 3 years rule. Wasn't really planning on applying for N-400 6 months after I got my 10-year GC but due to fee increase, I had to do it right away though I was already eligible while my I-751 was still pending at that time. Yes, I did attach our last tax transcript from IRS for the last three years (since I have filed it online).

even me never have  a plan yet  to apply for my N400 since i just got my 10 years green card last 2017 but just like you my concerned is the fee increase..anyway thank you.
