1.  If the $220 Green Card fee has been paid, she should receive the GC in few weeks to a few months after POE.  If she marked the box on the DS-260 requesting a Social Security card, it should arrive in a few weeks after POE.

2.  She will have complete a declarations sheet, yes.

3.  Usually none or very few.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Oh someone told me that it's visitors and not immigrants do the I-94form

But they will provide the form for her to complete, right?

I-94s are all electronic.

Time to pay the $220 green card fee to USCIS

Green card will come 3-6 weeks after entering, if the green card fee has been paid.

Social security number will come 3-6 weeks after entering, if you indicated in the DS-260 you wanted one.

If you’re talking about the sheet they give you on

the airplane to declare how much money you bring in and if you have any fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, fish,... then yes, everyone has to do one of those including US citizens.

The most I heard is “what’s your address in the US?” “ Who will you live with?”. Most people don’t get asked anything.

There are thousands of new immigrants entering the US every day, many of them do not speak a word of English. The US CBP is very well trained to handle this.

1. As others stated, pay the fee for the gc. You can check the box for the SS card but you can also go your local office and apply.
2. Not sure what form you’re referring to. Only form I’m aware of is the customs form when traveling internationally.
3. See if there are any reviews for her port of entry. If I remember correctly,  they just asked my husband what he was coming for and he said his wife is here.

It's recommended to pay the $220 fee before entering the US. But she also has the option of paying it after entry, if she wants: https://my.uscis.gov/uscis-immigrant-fee/

Contact USCIS after waiting 120 days: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/expect-green-card Contact SSA after waiting 3 weeks: https://www.ssa.gov/ssnvisa/questions.htm

It's electronic. Sometimes even US citizens (born in the US) have I-94 records:

Huh?  An i94 indicates an entry status and period of authorized stay.  A USC never gets an i94

YMMV

See the thread above. They confirmed it further when TM92 asked them.

Please don't confuse arrival and departure information, a totally separate lookup option on the site separate from i94, to which a USC NEVER receives

YMMV

And she would get that on the flight before she arrived in the USA, right?

To test it out I asked my USC son to try it out with his passport on the "Get Most Recent I-94" page. It did generate the I-94 page; all fields were marked "N/A."
