It’s good idea . could you please explain me where I can upload the financial documents ? I answered all questions but I don’t remember opción for financial documents.

Where did you guys end up posting the financials online?

I uploaded the documents under the "upload" and then it asks for Cateogory, I chose "Other" because that's where it really goes.

I sent a message in the Inbox to USCIS to confirm if upload documents was okay and I got a reply today saying that yes, go ahead and upload as many documents as you can relevant to the case.

This will absolutely help with moving it quicker when it goes to NVC. Because once the file goes there, they will send you a letter of all the required documents (wasting time) then you'll gather and send it or upload it (again wasting time). So if the documents are already available, they can go ahead and review to send it to embassy for interview date.

I haven't actually submitted my financials yet and I am assuming they will still ask us for our 2019 financials anyways.

Doesn't speed up anything at all; as MJY already said in their other post, by the time everyone who is petitioning now gets to NVC, they're going to want to see 2019 taxes, 2018 will be optional by then, and even if you got to NVC tomorrow and needed 2018 taxes, financials would still have to be resubmitted at NVC anyways, even if sent with the I130. NVC is still going to want them submitted to CEAC so that they can be reviewed and deemed qualified. NVC doesn't look at your I130 package. All they do is input your approved petition case into the system so that you can pay them the AOS and IV fees, fill out DS260, and upload your documents. Plus, you still need other documents uploaded at NVC as well (which also don't expedite the process to submit with the I130 because, again, NVC is going to ask again anyways whether you already sent it or not), so financials won't be the only thing needed for NVC to look at
