I know it is a major issue here finding somebody who can pass the drugs test, seems to why most of the drivers are shall we say older.

The bus drivers they hire around these parts are kind of scary. But a couple weeks ago I saw one speeding down the shoulder of 95 in an attempt to aggressively cut into traffic. I guess the most notable accident was the one in 2016, where the guy (I think he didn't even have a valid license but kept working) and had multiple accidents/blacked out, ended up killing himself and five others while driving his school bus.
